How to stay awake if coffee doesn't work?!


Question: How to stay awake if coffee doesn't work!?
I am at work and I can't seem to keep my eyes open!. I've had 8 hours of sleep last night but I'm still very tired!. I just finished my coffee but I'm still very tired!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a pair of matchsticks to hold your eyes open!. You can also draw some eyes on your eyelids, and go to sleep; it'll fool everyone!. Why not have a chocolate chip pancakes, and call a cx!. =tWww@Answer-Health@Com

You gotta get more rest, and give up the coffee,
eventually your body will be better off without the coffee, and you will
be able to stay awake better!.
Your body becomes dependant on the coffee, and once your dependant you need more and more of it, and it becomes less effective!.
Give it up all together, and let your body go through withdrawls, and your ability to stay awake will actually improve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. Not everyone needs just 8 hours of sleep!. You may want to sleep 9 regularly and see if you feel more refreshed!. If you lack sleep, you may have created a "sleep debt" that your body needs to make up!.

There can be other physiologic reasons for fatigue!. It would be a good idea to see your family doctor (or naturopathic doctor) to run some tests!. In my case it was iron deficiency because I have heavy periods!.!.!.but there could be a whole variety of causes!.

FIRS OF ALL, look at your diet!. what are you eating for breakfast!? Next, are you mentally sound, meaning, are you depressed, do you even want to be at work!. Sometimes when we dont want to be somewhere or be doing somthing, we use sleep as a means of escape!. What kind of excercising do you do!. exerciseing gives you more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything with caffeine might help, redbull!? Wash your face every now and then, keep yourself occupy with something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Adrenalin!. Posting this question should have helped by kicking in an adrenalin boost!. More of the same is an instant fix for tiredness!. Don't over do it though or you'll be extra shattered afterwards!Www@Answer-Health@Com

get your body moving! take a walk around the office, step outside for a minute!. get yourself moving, but not too much or you will be doubly tired when you sit back down!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sugar, Coke, Get fresh air!. Worked for me when i used to have 1 hr sleep and go back to work:-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try having a face wash !.
eat something hot,(not a drink)
if it dose not work just watch ur pc for a while!.
