so yesterday i ran the mile in gym!.!.!.
in converse
HUGGEEE mistake
because
now my knee hurts so bad that im sort of limping
and i have a field hockey game tomorrow!.

i need to get rid of the painnnn!!!
its a little better than yesterday after sleeping!.
