Question: Not throwing up, but just plain sick-what to eat!?
I don't have a stomach virus or anything, just feeling really lethargic and low fever!. I like really bland, particularly starchy foods when I'm sick, so any ideas there!? And, I'm weird, but I HATE soup when I'm sick!. Makes me feel like I'm gonna send it back up!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I always eat jello in its liquid state, its quite refreshing! Also, gatorade is good to!.
Food-wise, I like rice (no spices), egg noodles, toast with little or no butter, applesauce, oatmeal, and if I'm sick for a long time baby food!.!.!. It sounds gross, but actually it is bland but it has a taste of the flavor you get! I recommend Gerber or Beechwood, and DON'T get the mac&cheese flavor!.!.!. bleacchhh!.!.!. But blueberry buckle, sweet potatoes, and Hawaiian medley is always really good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the B R A T diet!.
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast
It is what doctors recommend for nausea, diarrhea etc!.
See diet below!.
Also soup, warm soda (works better if it is warm), crackers, Hot tea!. Anything easily digestable!.
But low in fiber!.

Many strongly colored things, preferably some kind of candy!. Blues, greens and reds!.!.
