Why can't anybody diagnose what's wrong with me?!

Question: Why can't anybody diagnose what's wrong with me!?
I'm 8 months pregnant, and recently have become severely dizzy and nauseous, and I've also had difficulty swallowing!. I saw my family doctor, who told me that the difficulty swallowing should be checked out by an Ears, Nose and Throat doctor!. My family doctor couldn't diagnose the severe dizziness and nausea (it got so bad in her office that I had to lay down), so she sent me to the emergency room!.

At the emergency room, I waited four hours and then I was told by a doctor who didn't even examine me that the dizziness and difficulty swallowing was all because of my baby's large size and my small frame!. I was told to call my OB in the morning!.

So, I saw the OB today who said that my difficulty swallowing and the dizziness was NOT related to the baby!. He suggested that my difficulty swallowing was a mental issue (which really made me angry), and that he couldn't do anything about the dizziness, and that they usually tell pregnant women who are feeling dizzy to go to the ER!. I, on my own, had suggested that maybe I was suffering from vertigo, and the OB said in that case, I had to see my family doctor!.

All these doctors are sending me in circles, and I'm afraid I'll never find out why I'm feeling so horrible all the time!. My family doctor gave me an honest "I don't know," the ER doctor told me to see my OB, and my OB told me to go to the ER or see my family doctor!. I'm so frustrated, I even started crying in the doctor's office because no one would take me seriously!.

What should I do!? What doctor should I see next!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should find a different doctor around town that would actually take you seriosuly and help you out!. I mean the way it sounds now none of your doctors know what the heck they are doing!. I would also go back to the family doctor and tell him what the OB said!. If he doesn't take you seriosuly then, then you should look for different doctors!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask you OB how big your baby is and if that would cause your symptoms!. Next, go to the ENT doctors!.!.!.you could have an inner ear thing going on!.!.!.or vertigo!. Sometimes, the dizziness brings on the nausea!.

I hope you can figure this out soon!. You will have your hands full in a few more weeks!.!.!.won't have time to be dizzy or nausious!. Enjoy your new bundle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
