It takes me about 2 hours to fall asleep?!


Question: It takes me about 2 hours to fall asleep!?
and I get very little time to sleep before I have to wake up!.
Should I take sleeping pills to cut down on the 2 hours it takes me to fall asleep so I can get more sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't drink anything containing caffeine at least 6 hours before going to bed!.Before you go to bed,you can take a relaxing shower with aromatherapy oils (lavender,almond etc!.)This will relax your muscles!.
Drink some chamomile tea!.When you lie down,take deep breaths and order yourself to wind down!.Think about things that don't make you nervous!.Don't think about what time it is or work or anything else!.
If you still have trouble,I strongly recommend Valerian root!.You can buy it in capsules or drink it but it doesn't smell so nice!.It always helps me go to sleep!.
Do not buy sleeping pills before trying everything else,they won't regulate anything and you'll become addicted to them!.
