My knees and hips hurt bad because of a fall.Is this bad?!


Question: My knees and hips hurt bad because of a fall!.Is this bad!?
I think I have Hip Arthritis because when I was about 6 I fell in front of a store!. Every since then, pain has become unbearable when I run!. Do I need to see a doctor as soon as possible!? Help!?!?!!
