These are just the ways I know of to lower blood pressure without medication, but there are probably more!

~Exercise (lower 3+ points systolic and 3- points diastolic)

usually doctors try to lower blood pressure with diet and exercise and then medication if it fails!.
unchecked hypertension (high blood pressure / HTN) can cause cerebral hemorrhaging (brain bleed) and stroke!.

water, lower stress (meditation is good, and remove those stressors one at a time), exercise (brisk walking, take it easy at first if you aren't used to it), no caffeine, no smoking, low fat milk, cheerios or other oat cereal and if you need to, work on losing weight, and eat lots of fresh garlic in everything you can or take garlic pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are obviously two options here!.

One: You can commit suicide then your blood pressure will be 0!.

Two: (The real way) you can workout and lose weight!. You can also decrease your salt intake and eat a little healthier!. Or, you might just be a victim of genetics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
