Question: How do i make the pain go away!?!?!!?
my leg is killing me in my upper thigh i think i pulled it in my soccer game yesterday and its just starting to hurt i have a "lump" in my right thigh too!.!.how do i make it go away and what could the injury be will it go away soon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The general rule is ice immediately to decrease swelling,
but it's too late for that!.
Heating pads will promote healing!.
That 'lump" is the site of your injury!. Probably a sprain
or bruise!.
Aspirin or Tylenol etc!.for the pain!.
Potassium is for electrolyte imbalance cramps!.
Won't help with an injury!.
Eat a banana and see!. Can't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice it for 20 minutes then heat for 30 minutes for the next several hours!.Take Ibuprofen for the pain and stay off the leg and keep it elevated tonight!. Tomorrow see the doctor!.
Electrolytes will not help right now!. So forget them for now!. Just stay hydrated!.

next time it is better to be as careful as possible!. however, in athletics, pain is a part of the whole process and it makes you that much more of a monster in your sport!. however, you can think happy thoughts and also channel it into your homework or regular work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
