Answers:
it could be due to several things:

1!. innate/inherited back problems such as scoliosis (curved spine)!. surgery is advised only for people with worst levels of such!. this is possible but unlikely!. dont worry to much!.

2!. slouching to much!. its actually ironic that slouching will cause more stress to you back!. invest in making a conscious effort to keep your back strait!. this is a potential problem for people of all age groups (not just older people)

3!. i dont want to pretend to know a lot about you but people who are overweight usually have back problems!. their belly is usually to heavy for the back to handle/carry!. if your weight is ok, pls disregard this!.

4!. tight muscles!. your young but its still possible that your back is stressed due to extreme physical activity such as sports!. massages usually help a lot in relieving muscle/back pain!. make sure you go to a spa or massage parlor that have certified physical therapists!. you can also try to stretch all your muscles!. from your lower back (bend forward to touch the floor) to your shoulder muscles (raise your arms forward and try to reach out as far as you can!.

5!. you won't lose anything by consulting a doctor!. if its a muscle problem, any GP would do!. but if its with your spine, maybe an ortho!.

Happens to most of the people during their adoloscence anna!.!.!.!. try to sleep on a flat back while sleeping and take up some physiotherapy sessions!.!.!.you ll be alright!.!.

PS:Dont take any tablets for this!.!.!.wont give you a permanent cure n may also give side effects!.!.!.plus waste of money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
