GET A ******* LIFE , ONE THING THAT ANNOYS A DOCTOR MORE THAN ANYTHING IS LAZY SLOBS COMING IN WITH PAINFUL SPINES DUE TO SLOBBING ABOUT !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't sit for more than 2 hours at a time, for the sake of your bum (on padded seat) and for the sake of your eyes!. That's the norm!. make sure you sit with back straight, feet flat on the floor (or on a book) thighs level with the floor, with the screen centre lower than your mouth (so you are looking slightly downwards (15deg)
you will find it more comfortableWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have been known to have the odd pressure sore here and there, from sitting on my bum all day long on Y/A!. The way to cure it is to get off your bum! switch off your computer and go outside!Www@Answer-Health@Com

waah me too!.!.!. I watch animes for about 7 hours a day :D!.!.!. I'd just sit on a comfy chair or put a cushion (anything really soft) on top of my chair, not to prevent it but to make the pain seem bearableWww@Answer-Health@Com
