Why am I so sore all of a sudden?!
Question: Why am I so sore all of a sudden!?
Last night I went to bed with a slight discomfort on my back about where my diaphragm is (under the lungs)!.
But this morning! I woke up and it was painful around my body circumference!.
Meaning, the pain stretches from my diaphragm under the breast area, going around to my back at the diaphragm and back to the front breast area - diaphragm area!.
It's like a ring around my body and it reallyyy reallyy hurts!. There's no visible signs of bruises and I haven't suffered any injuries to cause the pain!.

It could be inflammation or infection!. Try some advil and see if it helps!. If not, go to the doctor!. Any fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath, fevers, cough, problems with digestion!?

i don't know!. do you sleep with anyone!? if so ask if you do anything strange in your sleep or if that person does anything while you sleep!.
do you suffer form GERD!? if you eat before going to bed you may want to wait 2 hours before lying down and see if you still get the pains!. you can also try an over the counter med such as pepcid!. it does kinda sound like gas issues, but it could also be so many other things!. if it continues i would see a doctor!.

This sounds alot like when I had an ovarian cyst rupture and there was blood and free fluid in my abdomen!. Very painful, get to a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
