I don't think the pain itself can, but the pain can be a symptom of something such as gonorrhoea or PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), which could cause someone to be barren!.
I would always get any severe or recurring pain checked out by your GP just in case!.!.!.most times it turns out to be something simple and easily treated, but its always better to be sure!Www@Answer-Health@Com
