Answers:
try wearing cotton clothing to bed, or none at all!. Cotton breaths the best, definitely wear cotton undies! :-) Yeah my BF always sweats terrible!.!.!. Try layering your bed with lighter blankets so you can take them off when its hot and put them on when its cold!. Also, we always crack the window just a bit and turn a fan on low to high depending on the temperature!. Put it on the setting so it turns back in forth!.!.!. this helps the air to constantly keep moving and should help you not to sweat!. Oh and don't wear socks to bed, your head and your feet hold in the heat and also will be the first to get cold!. So by not keeping them covered by anything but the blanket will keep your body temp down a bit!. Hope something helps! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont normally sweat when i sleep, but when i do its pretty bad!.!. im guessing some reasons might be:
1- your blanket it too thick
2- you have an intense dream
3- your room temperature is very warm (always open your window 5 minutes before you go to sleep, so your atmosphere is fresh and you can actually sleep better when you have clean air)
4- you are stressed about somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

My husband was the exact same way!.!.!. Things have actually gotten better since he had issues with kidney stones!. The only conclusion I can come to is that his change of lifestyle following the kidney stones made a huge difference!. He cut WAY back on drinking pop and added more water in his daily intake!.
If you drink a lot of pop, I would recommend cutting back!. The pain from kidney stones was so bad that he was vomiting!.!.!. now THAT'S some major pain!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know the reason but my husband is exactly the same, even the backs of his hands go wet, he has to shower every morning whether there is an r in the month or notWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably just getting too hot while you're sleeping!. Try a thinner cover or thinner night clothes material!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
