What are some good nail treatments?!
Question: What are some good nail treatments!?
My nails have always been brittle but now they are getting more so!. I'm sure that my diet isn't the cause!. I would like to know what I can use to strengthen and improve the condition of my nails in general!. Nail hardening polishes do not work for me and never have!. My nails had been terrible, I tried everything, nothing worked!. I tried a number of OTC treatments, tea tree oil, white iodine, nail hardener polishes, oil treatments, biotin, etc, etc, etc!. I spent so much time and money it was shameful!
I looked up "brittle nails" on the 'net and keep reading that a iron deficiency can be the cause!. I've been taking iron now and my nails are finally looking good!. Just like when I was on "prenatal" vitamins, they are also loaded with iron!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your avatar is sooo pretty, so i know that it means if your avatar looks like you!. All you need, is waaaay more than just polish!. I am feelin ya here girllyy!! What you really need, is a little over an hour treatment at the spa, nail salon or anything really!. Even if it doesnt bring any changes to your nails, Atleast youll be realxed!. I am good at this stuff!. Have you ever tried Nail Envy by OPI!? I too have brittle nails that split, but as long as I use this product, they do really well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
