Weak wrists and weightlifting?!


Question: Weak wrists and weightlifting!?
I have very small wrists (about 6" around)!. I was just wondering what precautions I should take when weightlifting to prevent strain!.

Is weightlifting a bad idea with such small wrists!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it should be fine as long as you keep your arms straight!. Don't use too much weight in lifting, if you feel your wrist start to bend or strain decrease the weight until you get the rhythm and movement right!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

No not at all just don't try and lift too much, remember to tone you use lighter weights and more reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
