How do i wake up in mornings?!


Question: How do i wake up in mornings!?
Ok i've missed a lot of classes due to not waking up on time!. I've tried setting my phone alarm both vibrate and ring and i slept right through it!. I set my ipod on my alarm clock on full blast to metallica and i still sleep through it!. Nothing seems to wake me up!. any ideas!? and also when i do wake up i turn the alarm off and go back to sleep without realizing what i'm doing!. any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rather than using progressively more extreme types of alarms, you'd be better of trying to get more quality sleep, which will usually make it much easier to wake up in the morning!. Go to bed earlier, exercise in the morning or afternoon, don't drink caffeine after 3pm!. Correct any other problems that are interfering with your sleep -- once you're getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night, waking up will be much easier!.

Also, it can help to establish a pleasant morning routine, to provide motivation -- start out each morning with your shower, or your coffee, or whatever you enjoy and look forward to!. You might also try sleeping with your blinds/curtains open, so the morning light helps your body know it's time to get up!.
