Question: Does anyone know how i can get a night of sleep!? at least 5 hours would be amazing!!!?
i havent had a good sleep in months!. i'm not exaggerating either!. i just dont sleep!. i'm always tired but nothign i do seems to help!. my doctor prescribed me a barbituate for the migranes i get from not sleeping and theyre supposed to make me sleepy and they dont!. i've tried the whole counting thing, deep breathing, reading, backround oise, no background noise, everything!. warm milk (eeww)!. i'm staring to get sick from not sleeping and i cant take it anymore! help would be much appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might have sleep apnea!. Look up the signs for sleep apnea!. I always had a headache due to lack of sleep!. It turned out I had sleep apnea!. Once I started treatment my headaches went away and I ACTUALLY slept!. A sleep study showed I was aroused from sleep 78 times an hour!. Perhaps you could ask your doctor if you have symptoms of sleep apnea!. Even if you don't, a sleep study could show what the source of your problem is!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you tired warm baths with lavender and ylang-ylang foaming bath stuff by Aveeno!? That works wonders for me!. Also, if you have insomnia, one thing you can do is force yourself not to nap at all during the day one day!. Then you WILL sleep at night and get your body back on track!. As someone mentioned, you may have Sleep Apnea!. I would look into it if i were you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lack of sleep may be due to dietary deficiencies like lack of melatonin or stress!.

I buy the equate brand sleeping aid!. It tells you to take 2 but 2 will knock you out cold for about 8 hours, 1 is about 5-6 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
