I find its easier to go to bed earlier when I am REALLY REALLY tired!.
SO I start the getting up earlier FIRST!. Set that clock for 6 no matter what time you go to bed, or to get started EVEN earlier!.
Like 5am!.!.!. Even give your self a treat if you do, like you MUST get up and if you do and leave by 5:30 you go to Krispy Kreme for a donut!.!.!.

I usually try to go to sleep by 8-9pm, but it always turns out that i go to sleep at 10 and i can't fall asleep until 12, and i need to wake up at 6!. So in other words, good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
