I've had a headache for a month?!

Question: I've had a headache for a month!?
I've had a mild headache for a month now!. I can't really get more specific than that!.!.!. it just feels like a normal headache!. I take pain killers like aspirin, and that kills the pain, but it's not solving the problem because it comes back once the meds wear off!. Do not say go to the doctor, I don't have insurance and going to the doctor is not an option!. What's wrong with me!? I realize it could be a number of things, and I need to see a doctor to find out exactly, but has anyone else had a problem like this!? thanks for your advice, in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Claire, to help pin down the cause try keeping a journal for a week or so!. Note things like onset time of the headaches, state of mind, is it occurring on a full or empty stomach!. Look for other causative agents like stress, location (frontal, back of head, temple area), one sided or bilateral and description of the pain itself!. e!.g!. dull ache, sharp, vise like!. Also anything else happening before, during or after like vision blurring, pain or pressure in your face or tension in neck or shoulders!. I believe you know how to reach me through email and I would be glad to try to give you an educated answer!. One other thing I just thought of is it accompanied by nausea!? When I was in the USAF I was sent to many specialists who concluded after many tests including an EEG that I was suffering from the whole gamut of headaches!. Migraines, sinus, tension, and cluster!.
Plus with more info I could send you a diet that one of my doctors put me on that lessened the migraines and other types in both frequency and duration!. I would stay away from aspirin and use Ibuprofen as I found that to be the best OTC medicine for headaches!. Just make sure to take it with a little milk or some crackers or something to protect against stomach upset!. Best of luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suffer that way with allergies!. The good news is that if it is allergies, there are several OTC medications that work well!. You can also use ice where you feel the most pressure may be!.

If it is tension, about all you can do is take a pain killer, try to find a way to relac, get someone to rub your neck!.

The other most likely cause would be your eyesight!. If you live in the US and need help with getting glasses, contact your local Lion's club as they do help people who need glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a pinched nerve from spinal misalignment!. If money is a concern, it might be worthwhile to check out a chiropractor!. Most, if not all chiropractors are cheaper than doctors, and they generally will offer first time patients a consultation for free, to see if they can solve the problem!.

It could be a number of things!. You're eyes and vision could cause this, what you eat or allergies!.
Hospitals offer free care to people without health insurance I really suggest you take a trip to the ER!.
If this is something serious, which it could be you really shouldn't wait!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to see the doctor!. Its probably nothing but just in case, you may want to go!. You may be stressed out, so try a day off work, and a day at the spa!Www@Answer-Health@Com
