How to strengthen weak wrists?!


Question: How to strengthen weak wrists!?
i have very weak wrists!. after doing certain things like at work if i lift something slightly heavy my wrists hurt!. what can i do to strengthen them or to prevent pain !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I Just clench my fist and then flick my fingers out in a fan shape, you can also apply some variation to this by extending the arms out in front, down, up or side !.!.!. start on a slow count and work your way up as much as you can go!.!. this is the way my old Judo teacher tought us to strengthen our hands and wrists!.!.

To strengthen your wrists you can use a stress ball that people use when they're stressed out and just squeeze it and then let go and do that however many times you feel would be right on both wrists!. I used this to strengthen my wrists for sports because I had the same problem!. It really helped as long as you stick with it day after day until your wrists are stronger!. It's so easy too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear a brace!. My Mom didn't have carpel tunnel, but an injured ligament in her wrist!. You can buy a wrist brace, one that's short for just your wrist not the whole arm, and wear it to bed!. This helped my Mom out tremendously!. Consider wearing it to work, too!.

Try and make your desk at work ergonomically friendly!. Buy a mousepad that has the gel strip for your wrist as well as the gel strip for in front of your keyboard!.
