Congratulations first of all! You have done what millions have not been able to achieve!. It does get easier but it also depends on exposure, if you start dabbling or hanging out with people who still enjoy the habit your chances of regressing are high!. The cravings eventually taper off to an awareness and the occasional flash of strong desire!. Still you already did the hard part, the rest is just sticking it out!. All the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, smoking is an addiction and the pangs will never go away completely!. It will be somewhat uphill overtime but it can get really hard to stay away from lighting up if you are stressed out by something in life!. My cousin quite for 2 years after smoking for 4!.5 but his work schedule was changed and made really hectic so he started again!. As long as you don't think about smoking it will be uphill!. And btw GOOD FOR YOU YOU ADDED LIKE 10 YEARS ON YOUR LIFE BY DOING THAT (most likely that is)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh well done!! I'm really happy for you!. You're definitely over the worst of it!. Things should be a lot easier now, just beware socialising with friends who still smoke, sometimes they like to offer you ciggies and if you've had a bit to drink it's often back to square one!.

You've made it this far, you should have little trouble keeping it up!. Congrats again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are over the hump now!. I quit cold turkey a few years ago!. The cravings are still gonna be there for little longer, but gets easier and easier to say no to the craving!. After about 3 months I couldn't stand the smell of cigarette smoke!. Stay on it and good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your able to pass the 3 day hump your in the clear!. I would have to say that they'll continue to dissipate!. Just know you've put your foot down, and made 1 of the best decisions of you life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
