I concur with the other messages!. If you are in severe pain my motto is "If in doubt, check it out"!. I assume you mean the front of your rib cage & not the bottom rear of your shoulder tip, it sounds like you require an ECG @ the very least get yourself to the ER stat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Any chest pain should be investigated - its better to be safe than sorry and death is a rather permanent alternative Www@Answer-Health@Com
