Pain in rib cage/chest area?!
Question: Pain in rib cage/chest area!?
It's like a shooting pain, starts at the top of the rib cage and quickly works it's way up to my chest!.!.!. lasts only about 3-10 seconds then goes away!. It happens maybe 1-2 times a week, maybe less!? I think it maybe caused by anxiety or muscle strain!.!.!. I know it's not a heart attack ( I would be dead by now)
Has anyone had this happen to them!? If so what did you do for it!?
Also if you have any medical resources i!.e: online forums, websites etc!.!.!. list them please! Thanks! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Something that most people don't associate together is the rib cage and the back!. However, your rib cage is attached to your spine, and if your spine is out of alignment, it means your ribs could be as well!.
Especially considering this sounds like a type of pain that would come when something turns in just the right way, I think your rib/chest pain may actually be caused by a misalignment in your spine!. I suggest seeing a chiropractor, to see if that might be the cause!. If so, it should be easily fixable, and you should see your pain disappear after only a couple visits!.
