Developing odd bruises on my sides?!

Question: Developing odd bruises on my sides!?

I just noticed that on my left side, I have 3 bruises about the size of a half dollar!.!.and one on my right side!. I haven't done anything to cause them, as they're in very odd spots!.!.

What could be causing them!?
