Question: Taking a good multi-vitamin instead of eating fruits and veg!?
I am 30 yrs old and I hardly touch fruit and I normally get 2 different veggies in my diet daily!. Sometimes I'll eat a banana!. Normally I take a really good multi-vitamin daily!. How can I begin to like fruits and veg!? I did juice but that hurt my tummy since I suffer with acid reflux!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bananas are good!. Try eating those fruits that are not too acidic, like apples perhaps, or plums, even green grapes!. I have a problem with fruits that have too much acid also, so I eat these with a slice of bread!. The bread helps to soak up the acid content!. Also, taking a digestive enzyme tablet will help you digest those fruits and vegetables much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, eating fruits is better than drinking juice!.

Any change is difficult to embrace in the beginning!. But if you eat fruits with a purpose, you may find it easier to like them!. Fresh fruits are the best source of nutrition from nature!. What's more, the sheers variety in fruits should be enough for you to begin experimenting!. Soon you've have your own favorites!.

My suggestion is dont ya git paranoid with vitamins,proteins etc!.Be natural!.Your daily food gets your body's requirement!.I am from India and we are born veggies,The thought of non-veg food would kill us!.We have no serious history of known dreaded diseases!.My Gran pappy died of 92 years!.We neither take regularly fruits or any rich veg food items!.We are very simple in our habits and healthy!.So why bother and make a fuss of vitamins!.Be happy and cheerful thats more important for your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

incorporate them in foods you eat, add pureed veggies to soups, stews, etc!. Try pureed veggies soups like carrot soup, Use sauces and seasonings on your veggies, dab of butter, garlic, cheese sauce, etc!. Add fruit to cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and granola parfaits!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be unable to eat fresh fruits and vegetables (until surgery corrected the problem)!. When I had that problem I used to drink V-8!. I have reflux too but just take a good acid reducer!. You can get those over the counter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pineapple is supposed to be good for acid reflux as well as other fruit and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
