Stiff Neck, Help please?!
Question: Stiff Neck, Help please!?
Well, I'm not sure why but my neck is really stiff which causes me to have a tiny twitch!. How do I fix this stiffness, I feel like chopping off my neck and just beathing the shat out of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok well heres what i would do:
#1: use one of those heating pads nd heat it for about 4-5 minutes nd keep it on for about 1 hour
#2:take advil
#3: rest for a lil bit nd just lay down wit a pillow surrounding ur neck!.
