I have tendinitis in my ankle, shoulder, and hip!. I leave for boot camp in 2 weeks i need rapid relief i don't want this pain to increase while I'm there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rest is the only real cure for tendinitis!. As to the temperatures:
Ice is for swelling, heat is to diminish pain or to increase blood flow, and thus promote healing!. So it depends on which aspect of the tendinitis you are trying to treat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
