It depends on the strength of the xrays!.
To see bones, a strong xray dosage is used, to see soft tissue such as bowels or lungs weaker xrays are used!.
Ligaments are a tricky one because theys always occur near bones, so the xray would have to be angled just right to avoid the ligament being invisible because a bone was in the way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
