Is it abnormal to sleep this much?!
Question: Is it abnormal to sleep this much!?
To take a nap in the middle of the day, almost every day!. I find right after I get out of my college class at 3p!.m, I'm very tired and fatigued!. I go to my room and fall right asleep!. I'll usually wake up somewhere between 6p!.m and 9p!.m depending on how much homework and reading I have for the night!. I'm 17 years old, I don't drink any caffeine (I drink 2!.5 liters, or more, of water every day), I don't do drugs nor do I drink alcohol!. I eat a somewhat balanced diet, every now and then I'll skip breakfast; but then again, who doesn't!? I run for an hour about 3-5 times a week!. I'm not depressed, or at least I don't think I am!. I do have anxiety, but its pretty much under control *knocks on wood!.* It's usually really hard for me to get out of bed and wake up in the morning, and I'm almost always still half asleep in the shower!. I usually get about 7 or 8 hours of sleep a night!. I guess just ask if you need more information!. I honestly don't know anyone else who is my age and takes a nap on a daily basis!. Thanks for your help =]] -Jordan!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Under eating can cause fatigue!.
Perhaps you need to improve your diet!. More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes that you need for good health and energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think naps can be healthy, though 3 - 6 hours a day is a bit much considering that you're getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep at night!. How about cutting back on the length of the naps!? 1 hour should be max!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
