Weird stabbing pains in the back of my head, help?!

Question: Weird stabbing pains in the back of my head, help!?
For about 5-6 years, I have been having really bad pains in the back of my head!. But these aren't normal headache pains!. Every time i turn my head, the pain is sudden and it feels like something just ripped or snapped inside of my skull or something!. And it hurts a lot, I went to my doctor and she said its nothing, but it doesn't feel like nothing, it feels like something severe and important!.
Do any of you know what this could be!?
Any recommendations!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
