Question: How to prevent from having a pull/sprain muscles in chest due to upper body exercises!? !?
After completing upper body exercising at the gym, i experience a feeling of pulling or strain in my chest area!. 1) when im lying down and try to pull up on one arm with elbow i feel a pulling muscle in my chest area, 2) when im bending forward/down and pulling back weight i feel a pull or a sprain feeling in my chest area!. Some times i really forget about this feeling until i do something strenuous affecting the chest area!. After all it doesn't hurt as server when i first started feeling it!. But its still present! owwwy:( go see a pt,,,and also just work on trunk rotation and really the best thing is some icy hot and a good couple of nights of rest!. Next time u lift wear a belt to keep you back alligned!. Probably not smart in the long run to work out that hard,, but kudos for the effort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
