Can scarred veins heal?!

I donate plasma twice a week!. They use a large needle and it's in my arm for about an hour at a time!. The vein in my right arm is really scarred, i can feel the needle go through my skin and then pop through my scar tissue, it's gross!. Can that ever heal over time or will that thick scar tissue always remain on that vein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
