Liquid like water solution coming out my mums nose?!

Dripping nose caused by a range of different things including irritation of sinus lining!. Can result in drips both out the nose and down the back of the nose called a post nasal drip!. Nasal drips cause a great deal of sniffing!. Allergies can cause inflammation and if distressing or annoying and affecting working then seek help from a doctor!. Often people unknowingly have sinus polyps too and these can add to dripping but only if obstructing breathing or if dripping severe would an op be required at outpatients!. In very rare cases tumours pressing on sinuses(which are part of the brain structure) are the cause but as I said these are rare and there would normally be other symptoms other than just watery dripping!.
So I'd suggest a quick visit to the docs in any case!.

It could be brain fluid - sometimes a small hole can appear in the sinus/nose lining and brain fluid drips out!.
