Most meds taken oraly take 20 mins to get in to the blood stream and start to work!. Tylenol PM is two drugs Acetometaphen!. (Pain releiver and real hard on your liver) and Depinhydramine (whitch is a Anti-histamine more commonly know as Benadyl!. ) The side effect of Depinhydramine is you feel sleepy!. If your looking to fall asleep skip the Tylenol and go by some benadryl!. Your liver will thank you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
