I would try ice 3 x day x 10 mins then moist heat x 5 and stretch hands/fingers with other hand!. The pil-o-splint is great to sleep in!.Drug stores often have cheap uncomfortable splints!. Use what Drs recommend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Good for you for making it this far!. You gave me some insight about my mod/severe deaf son!. He just turned 9, and when he used Sign language at Alexander Grahm Bell, he never wanted to write!. Now that he is home schooled, he doesn't need it so much, he is a real talker!. Being around his siblings has made it so he talks more clearly, plus most of the world does not even know this language!. I'm not sure what to do for your pain, other than take a break from signing for awhile!. This cannot be good on your wrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try wearing a wrist split at night!. That can really help!. You can get one at walgreens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
