Does your back crack from breathing?!

Question: Does your back crack from breathing!?
Very weird!.!.!. I'm trying very hard to work on my posture and keep my back straight (crazy how much thought you have to put into it to have good posture) and I'm noticing that every time I take a deep breath - my back cracks!. It doesn't hurt - but it's very strange!. Does anyone know if this is normal!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
This is normal, and good -- deep breathing can move the joints around and cause popping, which is good since it helps the joints between the vertebrae re-align!. Improving your posture also has this effect, since changing your muscular posture also pulls the joints into new alignment!. As long as the popping doesn't hurt, this is all fine -- my back used to pop continually when I took up spinal stretching and realignment (I also got about an inch taller!)!. You may also experience popping in your chest when you breathe deeply -- these are the joints connecting your sternum (breast bone) to your ribs and clavicles, realigning themselves!.
