hey, so i have this really bad head cold/ sinus infection and it makes me soooo dizzy!. and i cant stand it!. people said it lasts for about 2 weeks!.

I just got over that and it does last for almost 2 weeks!.

Sudafed- SInus Headache and pressure works good!.

I went to the doctor and got codine cough medicine and some other meds!.

REST REST REST!. i went to work while i had it and it just makes u miserable!.

well when i get that way i try to eat the spicies things i can stand also catnip tea !.oj all fluids Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink orange soda or juice and lots of multivitamins!.!.!.!.lots of fluid is good!.!.!.thats what i always doWww@Answer-Health@Com
