Take hot water only for the present!. One should not take hot and cold substances in quick succession!. It will affect our throat easily!. Do not take any bottled drinks!. Take hot water bath only!. Cover your body with sweater and sleep under a thick rug for about three days or until you recover!. During this period do not exert your vocal chord too much!. Do not shout!.
