Sore splitting lips ?!
Question: Sore splitting lips !?
My lips are so sore all the time! They are constantly dry and the skin on them is always peeling! And to make things worse i peel the skin off and then they hurt even more- i know i need to stop this but i jsut cant help it! They crack and split alot- especially in the morning when i wake up!. They will sometimes even split when i laugh or yawn!
I am now pregnant and they seem to be worse during this pregnancy!.
Are there any suggestions for remedies!? I try chapsticks and some other ointments but nothing seems to help!.

Try drinking more water!. That is also a sign of vitamin deficiency so try getting some B12 and multivitamins in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try Burt's Bees lip balm!. It's all natural so it won't hurt the baby!. I had the same problem a few years ago and we just started selling the Burt's Bees stuff at my job and I bought and it worked!! It feels really good!. I cools your lips and makes them tingle a little!. It's the best stuff I've ever used!. I know you can buy it at Walgreen's or other drug store and some grocery stores!. Don't buy the one with the red cap it has zinc in it and is made for being out in the sun so it will make you lips turn white from the zinc!. They also have some that's tinted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
have you tried lip medix by blistex!. it comes in a little blue jar, not expensive and it works really well!. put it on before bed!. or this does sound strange, but my son who is 10 is always licking his lips, they get very dry and cracked also, my friend told me to dab a bit of neosporin ointment on them through out the day over the weekend because he had school pictures coming up, i really think it helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i put vasiline on daily!.
i try not to lick my lips a lot!. that makes them sting and hurt for a reason!.

good old Vaseline works magic for me every time!. Put some on before going to bed, so it's there working for a long time!.
