Question: How do i know if i pulled a muscle!? 10 points best answer!.!?
Hello!.

I was doing gym class today, and we had volleyball!.
We were doing some of the basics, like, hitting it and everything!.
Well, We had to throw the ball up in the air, and go down on one leg to hit it from underneath, and about 5 times later, my leg muscle started to get really painful stinging pains threw it when i did that!.

I can walk on it and everything, it's just when i try to sit on the floor, or putting all my weight on that leg to sit & i do excerises like that for volleyball!.!.

Did i pull a muscle or something!? How can i fix it!? & Why did it happen !? I have gym on Monday, so i need to make sure it's okay by than!.

Your story sounds like mine! Except it had to do with my lower back muscle! PAINFUL!! Anyway, do you usually do exercises like that regularly!? It might just be your muscle is sore from doing that particular exercise, like if you're not used to doing lunges, it might get sore but when you loosen it up it should get better!.
