How do you get a high pain tolerance?!

honestly!.!.!.you have to get hurt more often!. play the punching game lol!. you punch someone and they punch you harder and you punch them harder and they punch you even harder!. that should toughen you up! lol otherwise--dont get yourself seriously hurt in the process!. im not sure how oldyou are--but your tolerance will go up with time as well!. especially with hard labor!. :-) have funWww@Answer-Health@Com

not really pain is one of those predetermined factors about our bodies!. you either have a high or low pain threshold depending on your nervous system and your subjective perception of pain!. because the power of the mind over body is great, thinking that the pain is not that bad will actually help ease it!. I think you are born with it!.

I have a very high pain tolerance, which sometimes isn't a good thing, I was hospitalized for 5 days, because I let something go, I just didn't feel the pain as others would have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
