Question: What causes the eye muscle to twitch!? Just below the bottom eyelid!. Been twitching for a week now!!?
What can I do to remedy it!? It's not painful, just very uncomfortable and of course embarrassing when someone is looking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's usually stress or a combination of stress and fatigue!. Mine has twitched for 2-3 weeks at times!. It might not feel like you're stressed out but if you really think about it, it usually turns out that it's something that's bothering you!.!.!.especially during these tough economical times!.

Have no idea why the muscle twitches but sometime can be caused if your over tired, also has anyone commented on it because i find if it happens to me it's not noticable to anybody lookingWww@Answer-Health@Com
