I'm tired but I refuse to go to sleep?!

Question: I'm tired but I refuse to go to sleep!?
I dunno why!. I feel so tired but I don't wanna go to bed!. even if I try to I can't keep my eyes closed or feel more relaxed!.
Only when it gets early in the morning I start feeling really really tired and I go to sleep, but then I only have 30 minutes before I have to wake up for work!.

Answers:
1!. Yes, definitely exercise every day, but not within 2 hours of going to bed!. If you try to do it right before bed, your heart rate will be up too high!. It needs a while to go down!.

2!. Don't go on the computer, don't watch TV, and don't play video games within 1-2 hours of going to bed!. Again, this kind of stuff makes your brain really active, and it needs time to sort of relax, if that makes any sense!. The constant flood of information hitting your mind from this stuff can make you more awake (even if you feel more tired from looking at a screen) so stay away from them before bed!.

3!. Of course no caffeine 4-6 hours before bed!. And you shouldn't eat within 2-3 hours of going to bed!. It can throw your body's processes off-track and keep you up!.

4!. Avoid stressing yourself out!. I don't know how you usually do this (everyone is different), but make sure you're not being constantly pounded by thoughts when you're trying to sleep!.

5!. Dim the lights about and hour before bed!. Bright lights conflict with your body preparing for sleep!. And try reading something uninteresting in bed before you sleep to make you more tired!.

Hope it helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm thinking anxiety!. Are you feeling anxious about something, or are you stressed!? Try seeing a counselor or talking to someone!.

And try exercising!. (1) If it's excess energy, you'll burn it!. (2) If it's stress or a mood disorder, then exercise will help it!.

PS- Try to find the most boring tv channel or documentary/movie!. Force yourself to watch it!. It just might send you into dreamland:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be stress from work, problems at home,or just stress that has built up over the years!.But,the slimmest chance is insomnia!.Very slim, indeed!.If this problem persists, you should see a Dr!.Take off a day and try to relax!.Watch sports, talk over problems,or what naturally occurs to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
