Answers:
You're using muscles and stabilizers you haven't used before when you sit up straight!. If you always slouched, your muscles will be weak and out of shape!. That ache you feel is literally your muscles stressed from the exercise of not slouching!.

Keep on sitting up straight, you're strengthening your back and you're help yourself out!. After a week or two of strength-training, you'll feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are miracles in YOGA, especially for people with back problems!. Yoga teaches you many different poses that help realign your spine and also improve your posture!.

If you are slouching more after losing weight I want to caution you, if you have lost so much that you are losing muscle mass, this could be dangerous!. Your body will take from ALL muscles when it thinks it's starving!. This includes the muscles that hold your body up, neck muscles, back and stomach muscles!. Low BMI is ok, but not too low!. The ache you are feeling could be your muscles being eaten away!Www@Answer-Health@Com
