It sounds like plantar fascittis The symptons of it : The pain is worse when you wake up in the morning, the pain is sometimes in your arch or heel, or both!. It's basically tendonitis, DO NOT push yourself!. I'm a soccer player so I know how you feel about wanting to push yourself!. But I waited a week and it got really bad til I finally went to the doctors!. He told me to soak it in HOT water in the MORNING and ICE IT at NIGHT and a good way to ice it is to stick a can
of soda in the freezer and roll it back and forth with your foot!. Also stretches help a TON stand on a step with your heel off the stair and push down!. That strecth makes a BIG difference!. Oh and he also told me to get some gel inserts for more support on my heels!. It took about a week and a half after I started doing that for it to go away and now I'm fine!.I'm fourteen almost fifteen!. Goodluck! OH and I also had archilles tendonitis which sounds more like what you're describing, but the same treatment works for both, well it worked for me anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have a heel spur, this is a bony growth in the heel that does not hurt all the time, but can be very painful, check it out with your DR to see what he has to say about this foot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
