Question: Severe pain in left knee after wearing flats all day long!?
im usually a high-heel type of person, i do alot of walking and standing all day, and at the end of a long day of wearing heels i dont usually suffer from major knee pain, its usually after being in flats or fashion sneakers!. is there a reason for this!? i find it quite ironic that i experience pain while wearing flats, but i do understand that flat shoes are not completely healthy for you!. can someone explain to me why this is happening!? thanks in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

the arch of your foot is important to stay as it is made!.!. so not to be flattened!.!. especially if you are used to heels!. so basically pulling more tension on your muscles and causing them to hurt and ache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
