Staph/boil/spider bite what is it?!
Question: Staph/boil/spider bite what is it!?
My bf has what looks like a huge zit on his neck!. I noticed it about 3 day ago, at that time it was just red!. The next day he was complaining that it hurt!. Yesterday it had a small whithead on it and today the whitehead is a lot bigger - about the size of a push-pin head and it is raised and very red!. He hasn't squeezed it or anything and is on his way to see a doctor but I was curious if anyone knew what this is and if it's dangerousWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say a boil typically spider bites and staph have a black center and some what appearance of a hole in the skin not risen I had a friend that had staph and another one that has had a spider bite so seen them both and boils sounds like a boil to me Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like a simple painful zit or boil!. I wouldn't worry!. There are spider bites that get worse after a few days but your description doesn't sound like it!. The doctor will give him something to relieve the pain and if needed will pop it do that it won't be as painful!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, it can be very dangerous if its infectious!. I would tell him to see his Family Doctor or a dermatologist!. If not, it could become a huge scar or infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He may have MIRSA!. It's a infection and must be treated!. This is very serious if this is what he has!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
