Question: Awful Stomach Pains and ALWAYS nauseous !?
I am 13!. I get horrible stomach pains about 3-4 times a week!. Its right below my belly button!. It hurts and gets worse for an hour or two and then for like 45 minutes it is unbearable!. I am also nauseous a lot!. I have been throwing up a lot too!. I am not pregnant!. Does anyone know what this is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to get stomach aches like this when i was your age, and i sill have a few every now and then (i am 22 now) but not nearly as much as i used to
i went to a few doctors about it and they decided it was stress and that i just had a sensitive tummy and needed to watch what i ate (avoiding milk, dairy, unions and such)
as for the stress part i started doing breathing exercises when i was stressed or had a stomache ache and it worked wonders
controlled, relaxing breathing really helped cut down on my stress and relax my stromach and ease the pain

i had the same thing i went to the doctor for it and they sent me in for all these tests and stuff and they told me that it was a hurnia and that i had to have surgery on it!. i hope that that is not wrong with you but i hope that you find that anwser out soon and dont have to be in pain for much longer!. my best advise seek medical help!.

This is most likely due to your body not being able to properly digest the processed foods you are eating!. You should try cinnamilk, 1 cup milk with 1 tbls cinnamon!. This will greatly improve your digestive function!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
