Question: Past 30 mins, I've had a horrible left shoulder pain that keeps spreading!?
I'm only 18, I know the signs of a heart attack, it's nothing like that, it's just been gradually moving to my neck and the lower back of my head!. There's kind of like a burning sensation with it too!. Could pregnancy cause this!? I'm taking a pregnancy test in the morning!. I haven't ate anything different than usual!. My blood pressure is usually around 100-110 over 60-70!. And I checked at walmart before any of this started happening and it was 129/65!. which is okay but that top number was pretty high for me!. please help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get those pains too from time to time!. It's a real bad shoulder cramp, most likely from the deltoid muscle cramping up!. It should go away in about 20 minutes, but if it doesn't, and you develop trouble breathing, I would go to the ER and get checked out to be on the safe side!. Such a bad muscle cramp could be due to a calcium deficiency!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Anxiety can have the same symptoms similar to a heart attack if it keeps up I would see a doc just to be on the safe side and they can prescribe you something!. You may not know you are having anxiety but it can be caused by your subconscious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
