You do not state if your Father is having a 'flare' that means that his Psoriasis, the skin has started to erupt, new areas of Psoriasis!?
I have Psoriasis but Rheumatoid Arthritis and my feet were rolling inwards, so I went to see a Podiatrist and they fitted me with custom built insoles, which corrected the problem and assisted the pain!. It might be worth a try!. best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
